Samrat Malam is a classical Ayurvedic ointment built on a Narayan Tel base, prepared in small batches by Madhukar Pharmacy at Soegaon, Dist. Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, since 2001.
Traditionally used for
- Knee pain and joint pain (गुडघे दुःखी, सांधे दुःखी)
- Lower back and waist pain (कंबर दुःखी)
- Neck and back stiffness (मान-पाठ चमक)
- Sprains (लचक)
- Swelling (सुज)
- Bruises and blunt injury (मुक्कामार)
Composition — each 20 g contains

| Oil of Narayan | 1.00 ml |
| Oil of Wintergreen | 1.00 ml |
| Oil of Nilgiri (Eucalyptus) | 0.25 ml |
| Turpentine Oil | 1.00 ml |
| Resorcin, Brown Colour, Soft White Paraffin Wax | Q.S. to 20 g |
How to use
Massage a small quantity gently into the affected area twice a day, or as directed by your physician.
