The Samrat Pain Relief Combo brings together both Samrat formulations in one value pack: the heavier Samrat Malam ointment for joint and muscle work, and the lighter Strong Samrat Ayurvedic Balm for everyday aches, headache and cold. Both are built on a Narayan Tel base and made by Madhukar Pharmacy at Soegaon since 2001.
Samrat Malam — traditionally used for
- Knee pain and joint pain (गुडघे दुःखी, सांधे दुःखी)
- Lower back and waist pain (कंबर दुःखी)
- Neck and back stiffness (मान-पाठ चमक)
- Sprains, swelling, bruises and blunt injury (लचक, सुज, मुक्कामार)

Strong Samrat Ayurvedic Balm — traditionally used for
- Headache and cold (सरदर्द, सर्दी, जुकाम)
- Back, knee, joint, neck and shoulder pain
- Sprains, swelling and stiffness (मोच, सूजन, चमक)
Composition — each 10 g contains

How to use
Massage a small quantity of Samrat Malam gently into the affected area twice a day. Use the balm for lighter, everyday relief — for headache and cold, apply lightly to the forehead and chest.
